Sensei Koerner
Karate Instructor
Sensei Luke Koerner is an RSKA Instructor. Our students look forward to his high energy classes and motivational instruction.
His friendly disposition and willingness to help everyone motivates his class to persevere. After a class taught by Sensei Koerner, the students leave knowing they’re one step closer to reaching their goals.
On July 22, 2017 he achieved the rank of 1st Degree Black Belt or Shodan and became an Assistant Instructor at Rising Sun Karate Academy.
On July 20, 2019 he achieved the rank of 2nd Degree Black Belt or Nidan in Karate along with the title of Sempai in Rising Sun Karate Academy.
On July 23, 2022 he achieved the rank of 3rd Degree Black Belt or Sandan in Karate along with the title of Sensei in Rising Sun Karate Academy.
Additionally, Sensei Koerner has been participating in the RSKA instructor training program and he is a student in our Judo/Jujitsu class.
